Sundays with Jen- the aftermath

Sunday afternoons are meant for washing all the road grime out of your hair, drinking a beer and not moving any more than you possibly have to.

I wonder if I can get the shower moved up here to the chair, because going up and down stairs is a bit ambitious right now.

I just realized that there is a shower on this floor. Its just that the shower is waaaay over there.

Michael just looked at me and said "at some point one of us is going to have to take a shower"

Is that a hint?

This chair is comfy.

OMG, that pic completely reminds me of how i felt after a long mtb with you years ago. hours and hours in the south skyline preserves. you on a ss, recently returned from a mtb trip to canuck-land. me, in the sufferhouse on my fs. i remember heading to the shower, deciding i was too tired, and laying down and falling asleep on the floor - sort of half in/out of the bathroom.

Sabine is my hero! Who else would have the guts to kick their own ass up and down the Santa Cruz Mountains for 5 hours and still be able to giggle about it. Thanks for being such an inspiration to me Sabine.

I thought I wasn't yet fit for the Flamingo ride, that climbfest was much much tougher! Makes the Flamingo look like an itty canary.

I'm so proud of us...

It was great riding with you! Too bad we couldn't pull the ol' vb, Lilly relay action on that girl. I thought you were going to pull it off on the last climb, way to go for her wheel! arrrrgh...

Relentless pace...

The Mountain Train will depart at 8:30 am this Thursday the 1st from the Chapman Station in Felton. Route will include the following climbs: Zyantee, Skyline, 236, and Jamison. Ride time estimated anywhere from 4-5 hrs. Of course I might change my mind mid ride, or not.
