How many draft posts do you have that will never get published?
I just wrote another tonight that I saved as draft. I probably won't post it ever... but I feel better for writing it.

I have none. Either they're good enough to post, or they get trashed. My puny brain can only handle so much at once...
I did my first today -- thank goodness I had the sense to ask a family member if another family member read my blog...I think it would have been misunderstood.
i do that from time to time
and occasionally i will publish one way after the fact so it's really just for me and any weird lurker who goes back and reads my whole blog
and sometimes it is very hard to decide
so far, i've not deleted any
i have a poem to Minnie that i wrote the other day when he peed on my pillow at 3am...
and it is wrong, very wrong, to read another's unpublished draft...learned that lesson.

Mostly I don't post them because they are stupid. But I put so much work into them (well not really)that I can't stand to just delete them.
So they waste away in blog purgatory
i have stupid ones too that sit for weeks.
i try to make them better. but eventually i delete them.
sometimes they're inappropriate and i post them, but then after a bike ride or dinner i go back and take them off because they sound dorky.
or like in vegas, i posted drunk. and then i had to take them down because they were awful when i was sober.
posting under the influence....I love when people do that.

Most of my drafts are things that I want to post pictures with, but for whatever reason, Blogger wasn't cooperating when I wrote them.
Damn Blogger.
last time i checked i had 44 drafts.
now i have 2

of course, it doesn't seem to be stopping everbody else....
I keep those drafts in my head, because they're ALL good up there. It's writing them that makes them bad.

I bet they're funny! I think your drafts are probably average blogger dudes' best. How come I never get to see them in the draft section?
