Tune up

Am I training again?

Felt like it for the first time today.

I felt that little twinge...you know...that surge of something that collects in the quad, coiling, waiting for, hoping to...pounce.

Maybe its the tempo work in the tailwind. Damn, thats like a massage for the legs and heart. Its the fine balance of speed and power, just below the level of ouch, that leaves you thirsty for more.

Ah but not yet....not just yet. I want to savor this feeling for a little while longer.

You guys and your training schedules. I wish I had the time to do road this season...but oh wait, I'll be in Rome. YES! No I do really wish I was going to ride, I get very competive when in packed situations and I give my best performance then.

GOOD LUCK WITH ALL THE TRAINING! Spin those legs and log in those miles! You crazy roadies.
