MTB Tip of the Week




Do not put Crystal Geyser Sparkling Mineral Water in your water bottle when you plan on descending a bumpy rocky trail.

I don't think it counts as spilling if the water is shooting out of your water bottle and into your face, while it is still in the bottle cage.

once poured GU Drink on my legs thinking it was the bottle with water in it...in 100+ temp on the back of a tandem going up the Woody climb at Kern...not fun.
