how many icky tickys?
I want to meet Migo! Are dogs allowed in Livermore?
roomies rules. you know that.i believe there is a house in the satan cruz mountains that he likes to play around. maybe you should go visit?~
You'd have to pull Migo away from my roomies. Besides, he's got adventures of his own that he has to go on and blog about. Now maybe if you guys come down from the snow for one of those crossy races...
Anything for pooches!i'm there!
leaving your pooch behind for olaf?!that's serious in my book
Migo belongs to the world. He hardly notices when I am gone.
Oh, i bet he notices.he just doesn't want you to know that he notices...
leaving the dog is one thing...but doing intervals? Me? On a trainer? thats a whole nother level of serious.
but that's not for him, that's for youoh, and pab just had some wisdom as i was writing this i thought i'd pass on...don't drink a beer as your first beverage post-trainer-sprint workout...he almost keeled over in front of me
That was from the pure rapture I was feeling via my taste buds....Been GT-ing it lately, and a Sam Adams just really hit the spot tonight.Besides, I'm always dizzy...
inspired byalthough when Jeni walked in on me today her word choice was "whipped"
that Vanderspittle is such a bad influence on people....freakin intervals wherever I look.but i got HIM to eat veggies and drink GTs. Hah!
icky tickys....thats up to Colleen tomorrow. One of the nice things about having a dog that belongs to the world.
