Battery Operated Toys

yeah. I wish.

But no. Different sponsor.

So far I have found no less than 4 batteries in this contraption that need replaced. Far more complicated than I intended and meanwhile my garage languishes. Can't I just download the bucket o sweat data? Or count how many times I curse under my breath?

Start at the back.

Wrap once aroud the left side chainstay.

Now under BB, to downtube. Get thick black tape and TAPE the wire down the length of the downtube.

Then wrap around the right side shifter cable until tight with a little to spare.

Mount on the stem. It's the pro look.

Hey,if black tape doesn't work for your bike, you can find color coded 3M electrical tape, typically from an electrical supply house or better hardware/electronics store (think OSH, Fry's, etc.). I'm pretty sure thay have at least blue, red, green, orange, white, & yellow.
